Age requirement - Must be 21 year of age with valid drivers license to rent any motorized product - Must be 18 year of age with valid drivers license to rent any non-motorized product
- Must have major credit card (not debit card) to hold on day of rental
- Must complete appropriate safety course. If born before 1998 watch designated rental boat safety video, take test associated with rental, and provide certificate on day of rental. If born in 1998 or after, must have Boater Education Card.
- Gas is not included in the price of the rental (except for waverunners)
- Waverunners are restricted to the south side of the I-55 Bridge
- Only one waverunner per party is allowed to go out at one time. If two waverunners are booked by the same party, LSM reserves the right to cancel reservation and renter shall forfeit payment.
- Weather
Lake Springfield Marina reserves the right to cancel and or postpone any rental due to inclement weather. Final decision on weather related changes/cancellations will be made by management's discretion only.
- Cancellations
No cancellations are permitted once a reservation has been made. Full payment is required at the time of the reservation booking.
- Covid 19
In light of the ever changing Covid 19 regulations, LSM will be unable to cancel and refund a rental for Covid 19 issues. LSM will allow for the booking to be used within a calendar year of the original rental.
